Pessac-Leognon
波爾多市南方，自1330年起，這裡就以出產優質紅酒聞名，甚至連區大主教有培育了葡萄園，就是今日的Chateau Pape Clement，此區的砂礫地形培育出完美成熟的紅酒外，更是波爾多少數干白酒的重要產區，許多酒莊也同時釀製出出類拔萃的白酒，以Sauvignon Blanc為主體。

波爾多最頂級的干白酒位於Pessac-Leognon產區，是喜愛白酒的人日夜思念的頂級白酒，頂級酒莊大多同時生產紅白酒，白酒質精量少，富有陳年實力，因應本區明顯的風土，白酒華麗、風土表現明顯，產量少卻寯永，頂級酒款更有著極佳的陳年實力，多以Savignon Blanc為主要，但少數酒款以Semillon為主。

甜白貴腐酒是更南方一些Sauternes的拿手好戲，當地特殊的氣候，非常適合貴腐黴生長，貴腐酒產量低，好的酒莊藉由分批採收來提高風味複雜，因此釀製成本高產量少，金黃色的液體，甜美豐腴，搭配鵝肝可以說是人生一大樂事。
